Job summary

Narda-MITEQ in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a Sr. Associate RF/Microwave Engineer to advance the development of IMAs and high-frequency components alongside an experienced team.

You will perform linear and EM simulations, develop specifications, conduct RF testing, and contribute to cost and schedule targets while designing for manufacturability. Applicants should have a EE degree, 2+ years experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with required experience.
• 2+ years of relevant RF/Microwave engineering experience.
• Experience with microwave test equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters).
• Experience with linear CAE, especially Keysight ADS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and support production of active and passive microwave circuits and multi-function modules.
• Perform linear simulations of active and passive microwave circuits.
• Perform EM simulations of passive microwave circuits.
• Support RF and microwave subassembly system analysis.
• Develop specifications for microwave components and subassemblies.
• Perform RF testing, data analysis, and documentation of design results.
• Design for ease of manufacturing.
• Perform schematic capture, PCB layout review, integration and troubleshooting.
