Job summary

Employbridge is seeking an experienced Senior RF Design Engineer to design and develop advanced RF/Microwave filters, oscillators, and frequency control products for aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and radar applications.

The role involves designing, simulating, prototyping, and optimizing RF products, leading projects from concept through production, and collaborating with manufacturing and cross-functional teams. Relocation packages are available.

Qualifications

• BSEE/MSEE preferred.
• 5+ years of RF/Microwave design experience.
• Experience with RF filters, oscillators, or microwave assemblies.
• Proficiency with RF simulation/design tools (AWR, Genesys, or similar).
• Strong hands-on testing and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be eligible to work with ITAR-controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, prototype, and optimize RF products.
