Resonant Inc., a Murata company, is seeking a Senior Staff RF Filter Designer in our San Mateo area. You will lead development of high‑performance RF filters for mobile devices, collaborating across RF design, technology, and software teams to drive innovation in acoustic technologies.

You will mentor engineers, guide roadmaps, and influence product direction in a fast-paced environment with a hybrid work model and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in RF/analog design with strong filter background.
• Proven leadership in technical projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF filters for new applications using advanced techniques.
• Use circuit analysis and physical modeling tools to design/analyze RF filters.
• Analyze RF test data and translate insights into design improvements.
• Lead technology and software roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Guide cross-functional projects and communicate milestones.
