Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of RF/microwave design experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Strong RF/microwave theory and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, build, and test RF/microwave hardware focusing on amplifiers, detectors and frequency converters.
• Apply RF/microwave principles to optimize gain, noise figure, linearity, stability, efficiency, and reliability.
• Use industry-standard RF design tools for circuit modeling and performance analysis.
• Support prototype development, troubleshooting, and design validation testing.
• Provide guidance to less-experienced engineers and participate in technical reviews.
• Create clear technical documentation and collaborate with manufacturing, test and systems engineering teams.
