Job summary

HireReady Partners is seeking an RF Engineer to design, simulate, and validate RF/microwave circuits and subsystems for mission-critical communications in aerospace, defense, and satellite markets.

You will own the development lifecycle from concept to production support, ensuring performance, reliability, and environmental standards are met. Collaborate across mechanical, thermal, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver robust hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and 3+ years RF hardware design experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and validating RF/microwave circuits.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment like VNAs and spectrum analyzers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Design quasi-optical and spatial power-combining RF architectures.
• Simulate RF/microwave circuits using ADS, AWR, HFSS, CST.
• Develop test plans and characterize prototype hardware for gain, efficiency, power, noise figure, and linearity.
• Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, manufacturing and quality teams.
• Support NPI activities and resolve production issues.
• Stay updated on emerging RF/microwave technologies and roadmap efforts.
