Job summary

Narda-MITEQ, based in Hauppauge, NY, is seeking a Specialist, RF/Microwave Engineer to join our engineering team. The role focuses on high-frequency design, CAE analysis, and development of integrated microwave assemblies and active/passive components for advanced programs.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred) with 4+ years of RF/Microwave experience, hands-on bench skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in RF/Microwave circuit design and simulation across multiple components.
• Hands-on with microwave test equipment like network analyzers and spectrum analyzers.
• Proficient with linear CAE, especially Keysight ADS.
• Willingness to obtain Secret level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support active and passive microwave circuits and modules.
• Perform EM and linear simulations of housings, transitions, and passive circuits.
• Generate test data reports and ensure manufacturability.
