Job summary

Anduril Industries in Irvine, California is seeking a Senior RF Manufacturing Test Engineer to own production test activities and drive high-quality, high-throughput testing of EW hardware. You will troubleshoot complex electrical issues, develop test automation, and collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to improve test cases and product reliability.

US DoD clearance eligibility is required; a strong background in PCBA testing, Linux/LabVIEW, and MES/TES experience is highly

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
8+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
Experience with contract manufacturers in the testing of PCBA/electronic assemblies.
Familiarity with electronics test equipment such as power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscope, function generators, spectrum analyzers, data acquisition and measurement sensors.
Strong root cause analysis skills of non‑conforming hardware.
Experience with PLM/MES/TES and cross-disciplinary projects.
Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

Own test activities in production and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
Maintain test capabilities across the value stream from system to component level.
Improve automation, throughput, and test coverage.
Create test work instructions for MES and train technicians.
Develop library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides.
Determine root causes and recommend corrective actions (RCCA).
Collaborate with Design, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams on returns and failure analysis.
Provide feedback to early-stage test design for NPIs.
Analyze test data and document results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Suggest product enhancements based on test outcomes.
Calibrate and maintain test equipment.
