Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer for its EW Manufacturing Team to ensure production test flow quality and throughput. You will troubleshoot complex electrical issues, develop test automation, and collaborate across Design, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering to support continuous improvement.

You will own test activities from system level to component level validation, generate clear test instructions, and help drive test process enhancements to support early-stage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiar with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with PCBA/electronic assemblies testing and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensuring production test flow.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex electrical issues found during testing.
• Improve and sustain existing test systems to improve automation, consistency, total cycle time, and test coverage (DfM).
• Generate test work instructions for technicians in MES and train on equipment use.
