You will expand strategic customer relationships, support proposal development, and drive revenue growth across growing communications markets including satellite, drones, and adjacent sectors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of advanced education and experience including at least 5 years supporting RF communications industry.
• Demonstrated success identifying, pursuing, and winning business

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Infrastructure markets, including direct to device satellite comms, drones, and more.
• Build understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitor positioning, and growth areas.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Support the full customer engagement process from early opportunity development through proposal and design wins.
• Partner with BU teams on proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations to secure opportunities and drive long-term revenue growth.
• Collaborate with BU leadership, engineering, legal/contracts, and executive teams to align BD efforts with goals and revenue targets.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen visibility in domestic and international defense markets.
• Cross BU solution support to promote system and complete solutions to customers.
• Technical marketing related activities.
