Location options include Richardson, TX or Chelmsford, MA. This is a full-time role focused on strategic growth, with travel expected around 15% and eligibility for Skyworks’ incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related technical field with 5+ years in business development or RF/semiconductor markets.
• Strong understanding of RF technologies, compound semiconductors, and related subsystems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing compliant proposals and growth strategies; strategic thinker with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and market share across DAS product lines.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within defense, aerospace, and SATCOM markets.
• Build and maintain strong customer and sales team relationships and promote Skyworks products.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable opportunities and align with DAS product strategy.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to support market-driven roadmaps and proposals.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan with market intelligence and revenue forecasts.
• Travel approximately 15% to meet customers and events.
