Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking a Staff Portfolio Manager to lead the full lifecycle of RF products in a fast-paced, globally collaborative environment.

You will work with Product Line Managers to analyze market opportunities, drive profitability, manage forecasting and inventory, and coordinate with sales to align customer needs with business goals. Strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or similar field.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
• Experience in RF semiconductors preferred.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage the life cycle of products after product launch through end of life of the products.
• Analyze supply change management impact to the business and drive project activities accordingly.
• Manage forecasting and inventory to ensure on-time delivery while maximizing inventory turns.
• Partner with sales teams to support business growth initiatives and align customer needs with business objectives.
• Drive product profitability through cost optimization and supplier engagement.
