Job summary

CesiumAstro seeks a Senior Engineering Manager, RF Hardware to lead a growing team responsible for high-performance RF electronics for satellites and aerospace systems. You will own technical quality, architecture, and on-time delivery, guiding design reviews and mentoring engineers.

This is a hands-off leadership role focused on standards, process, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams to scale from prototypes to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• 9+ years of direct board-level RF hardware experience.
• Experience leading or managing an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical integrity and engineering excellence for RF electronics development.
• Scale engineer-friendly RF hardware development processes and standards.
• Mentor engineers through architecture and design reviews and ensure SME engagement across disciplines.
• Drive design reuse and platform commonality across products.
