Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 9 years of direct board-level RF hardware engineering experience, aerospace preferred.
• Demonstrated deep expertise in RF board design and related electronics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical integrity and engineering excellence for RF electronics across the company.
• Establish and scale engineer-friendly RF hardware development processes including signal chain design, analysis, and standards for dense PCBs.
• Provide detailed technical reviews and mentorship through architecture and design reviews across SME disciplines.
• Occasionally contribute directly to RF designs to close gaps in high-risk programs.
• Lead or support complex debug efforts involving RF electronics and related topics.
• Ensure RF hardware designs are buildable and testable at scale using DFM and DFT best practices.
• Drive disciplined handoff from engineering to manufacturing with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure designs meet aerospace quality, reliability, and scalability requirements.
• Partner with Supply Chain for component availability and lifecycle risk mitigation.
• Drive design reuse, modular architectures, and platform commonality across products.
