You’ll guide architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and drive production‑readiness while establishing scalable processes across sites.

The role emphasizes technical leadership over direct design work, with accountability for schedules, quality, and collaboration with manufacturing and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 9 years of direct board-level RF hardware engineering experience.
• 2–5 years of small-team technical leadership or management preferred.
• Deep expertise in RF board design and related digital/power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical integrity and engineering excellence for RF electronics development.
• Establish scalable RF hardware development processes, including design standards.
• Provide architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and engage SME across disciplines.
• Lead or contribute to RF designs when needed and supervise complex debugging.
• Ensure designs are buildable, testable at scale, and production-ready.
• Drive handoff to manufacturing with cross-functional collaboration.
