Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a management or project leadership role
• Experience as a CAM in defense or equivalent with PM duties
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for communications at all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~110 engineers and staff across programs
• Manage department budget and staffing projections
• Mentor career development and drive continuous process improvement
• Ensure project performance within scope, budget, and schedule
• Coordinate data transfer between functional organizations and databases
