Job summary

Qorvo, Inc. in Chandler, AZ seeks an experienced RF front-end design engineer to advance multi-mode, multi-band modules in the 1–3 GHz range. You will drive circuit design, simulation, layout, and data analysis across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include collaborating with system engineers, validating designs with lab measurements, and producing release documentation. Strong HFSS/ADS skills and RF test instrument proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1-3 GHz multi-mode, multi-band RF front end design.
• Proficiency with HFSS/ADS 3D simulation tools and ADS for layout.
• Ability to use test equipment (Noise Figure Meter, VNA, Spectrum Analyzer) for Gain/NF/IIP3 measurements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with system engineers to architect/define/specify solutions.
• Responsible for design and simulation per defined product functionalities and specifications.
• Characterize, verify and debug the design through lab measurements.
• Understands and reinforces design review, best practice, and other product line design processes.
• Delivers design release notes, documentation for product characterization.
