Qorvo, Inc. is seeking a Staff RF Design Engineer to support mmWave phased array prototype design, RF circuit modeling, and design automation in Denver.

You will collaborate with world-class engineers to deliver state-of-the-art modules for satellite communications, radar, and defense applications. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, BOM management, and cost/schedule responsibility for major subsystems, leveraging AWR, CST, and HFSS, with strong scripting to automate design workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BSEE or equivalent) with 2+ years of experience.
• Design experience with AWR, CST, and/or HFSS.
• Experience testing RF and mmWave circuits, coupons, and systems.
• Scripting or programming experience (Python).
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams on prototype development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with antenna and RF engineers to develop mmWave phased array designs.
• Design passive components (power splitters, transformers) and transmission lines using RF tools.
• Develop and finalize BOMs with design teams.
• Support testing and troubleshooting of RF/mmWave antenna prototypes.
