Qorvo, Inc. in Chandler, AZ seeks an experienced RF front-end design engineer to advance multi-mode, multi-band modules in the 1–3 GHz range. You will drive circuit design, simulation, layout, and data analysis across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities include collaborating with system engineers, validating designs with lab measurements, and producing release documentation. Strong HFSS/ADS skills and RF test instrument proficiency are required.

This position will require experience in multiple aspects of the design of 1-3GHz multi-mode, multi-band RF front end modules including circuit design, simulation, layout, validation, data analysis and reporting. Direct experience with Tx or Rx design and 4G/5G mobile standards/specifications is a plus.
