Qualifications

• Experience with RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS).
• Strong knowledge of RF system architecture and components.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
• DFM and DFT design for manufacturability/test.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, simulation, and layout of RF systems.
• Define verification, validation, and production test procedures.
• Perform link-budget and cascade analysis to ensure performance.
• Lead root-cause analysis for RF interference and connectivity issues.
• Model and validate RF architecture decisions and components.
• Manage timelines and delegate tasks to junior engineers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, software).
