Job summary

Neros Technologies in the United States is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to own critical wireless subsystems from concept to mass production. You will be the expert for the RF chain, guiding architectural choices and component selection while ensuring performance targets are met.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and software teams, and define verification and production tests to enable on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred.
• 5+ years RF hardware design experience.
• Proficiency with RF simulation tools (ADS, HFSS) for PCB/antenna design.
• Strong knowledge of RF system architecture and component trade-offs.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
• DFM and DFT familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, simulation, and layout of RF systems.
• Define and own verification, validation, and production acceptance test procedures.
• Perform detailed system analysis, including link budgets and cascade analysis.
• Spearhead root cause analysis for RF interference and connectivity problems.
• Propose, model, and validate RF architectural decisions and select critical components.
• Manage project timelines and delegate tasks to junior engineers.
• Serve as the primary RF point of contact for cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, software).
