Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is seeking a Staff RF Engineer to serve as a technical authority and thought leader within our RF Engineering organization. This role is suited for an experienced RF professional who can drive technical strategy, mentor junior engineers, and shape RF capabilities across multiple programs.

The Staff RF Engineer will define RF system architectures, lead trade studies, and oversee design, analysis, and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 5+ years of RF engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in RF/microwave design and system architecture.
• Experience with RF test equipment and MIL-STD-461/464 and E3 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define RF system architecture decisions and roadmaps.
• Lead RF design reviews, analysis, and test across programs.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical publications.
