Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics seeks an experienced RF Integration and Test Lead to own complex RF/mixed-signal integration and testing for radar, comms, and electronic warfare subsystems. You will coordinate test activities, ensure requirements are met, and guide cross-functional teams to success.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in aerospace, strong RF test skills, and a US citizenship with eligibility for security clearance. This position is on-site at a facility requiring special access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical major.
• Knowledge of Electromagnetic Theory, RF and mixed signal circuit fundamentals.
• Proficient with RF test and measurement equipment, to include vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope, and phase noise analyzer.
• Proficient in test automation and data analysis software, e. g. LabVIEW, MATLAB, Python.
• 10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Responsibilities

• Own integration and test efforts for RF and mixed signal electronics and subsystems / systems.
• Coordinate test activities and ensure requirements and performance specs are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate status to internal/external customers.
• Analyze test data and drive design verification and acceptance testing.
