Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space's RF Talent Center seeks an experienced RF Engineering Associate Manager to lead a senior team delivering RF, digital, and optical subsystems for SDA's Wildfire program. You will hire, coach, and grow RF engineers while guiding design, development, integration, and delivery of complex RF subsystems and flight hardware.

You will ensure technical requirements, analyses, and test strategies are executed, lead trade studies, and align technical execution with mission needs

Qualifications

• Experience with RF design, systems engineering, or integration and test.
• Leadership experience with teams.
• Ability to obtain Secret security clearance and U.S. Citizenship

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop RF engineering team; promote technical excellence and career growth.
• Own payload systems engineering work products including specs, analyses, verification/test plans.
• Ensure Lockheed Martin Space standard processes, tools, best practices, and training are properly implemented.
• Collaborate with program leadership across engineering, manufacturing, and program management.
