Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Principal Radar Receiver Exciter Hardware Lead to solve advanced radar hardware challenges, driving architecture, integration, and test from requirements to production. You will oversee RF/DFS design, DSP algorithms, and calibration strategies across the Receiver/Exciter subsystems.

This 1st shift, 100% on-site role may be based in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA, with travel between sites; active security clearance is required for start, and relocation assistance

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 7+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 4+ years.
Experience with Radar Receiver/Exciter signal processing techniques and MATLAB.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret U.S. government clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture development and subsystem analysis, integration and test for Radar Receiver/Exciter hardware.
Define interfaces between Receiver/Exciter and other subsystems; support signal processing algorithm definitions.
Develop calibration solutions to meet radar performance specs; lead small development teams.
