Job summary

Raytheon’s REPA Department seeks a multi-disciplined Principal Radar Receiver/Exciter Integration & Test Engineer onsite in MA. You will tackle complex problems in radar receiver/exciter design, calibration, and system integration, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of experience, experience in RF/radar systems, and ability to obtain an interim/secret clearance. Travel may be required to support multiple sites and shipyard assignments.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and minimum of 8 years of work experience.
• Experience with RF and/or Radar systems.
• 5+ years in two or more areas: system/subsystem integration, Radar design, MATLAB/C/C++, RF circuit analysis, I/Q data processing.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems in Radar/Receiver Exciter design, analysis, integration and test.
• Liaison between Radar system components.
• Analyze radar data to identify performance issues and calibrate hardware with firmware/software.
• Support system-level radar integration planning, execution and reporting.
• Resolve issues in design, integration and test of Receiver/Exciter subsystems.
• Work across mechanical, electrical, software and systems engineering disciplines.
