Eligibility: U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status – must obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance. Only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Security Clearance Type: DoD Clearance: Secret; must have an active and existing clearance after day 1.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the technical investigation and resolution of design, build, and test issues identified on Receiver Exciter subsystems, CCAs, and components.
• Lead circuit and subsystem analysis, modeling, simulation, and verification required to mitigate production build and test issues.
• Lead the transition to production of REPA products.
• Lead small project or process improvements within your area of responsibility.
• Lead circuit card and subassembly design updates to resolve obsolescence and producibility issues.
• Interface with suppliers.

Work Location: 100% on‑site in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA. Travel anticipated between multiple sites including Andover, MA and Woburn, MA.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with RF system, subsystem and/or component analysis, design and test.
• Experience leading analysis / Root‑Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations; preferably with supplier and factory issues.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience testing and troubleshooting RF component/subsystem such as up‑converters, down‑converters, power amplifiers, waveform generators, RF modulators, and limiters.
• Ability to assimilate inputs from multiple sources and derive design and operational requirements.
• Background in designing for manufacturability, producibility, and cost constraints, including yield and margin analysis.
• Technical writing and formal presentation experience.
• Experience leading and growing a multi‑discipline engineering team.
• Experience working in both engineering design and production environments.
