Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a multi-disciplined Principal Radar Receiver/Exciter Integration & Test Engineer in a 1st shift, onsite role in MA. The position focuses on RF and radar system integration, data analysis, and calibration of receivers/exciters to meet top radar specs.

Candidates typically hold a STEM degree with extensive experience, including C/C++, MATLAB, and I/Q processing. U.S. citizenship and interim/secret clearance requirements apply; relocation is offered where eligible.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 8 years of prior work experience.
• Experience with RF and/or Radar systems.
• 5+ years of experience in two or more of: system/subsystem integration, radar design, MATLAB/C/C++, RF analysis.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical problems in Radar receiver/exciter design, analysis, integration and test.
• Liaise between radar system components and coordinate integration.
• Analyze radar data, calibrate hardware with firmware/software, and resolve system-level issues.
• Support radar integration planning, execution and reporting.
• Work with mechanical, electrical, software and systems engineering across disciplines.
• May require up to one year at alternate locations and travel (domestic/international).
• This first shift role is 100% on-site in MA locations with travel between sites.
