The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multi-GHz RF hardware, strong EMI skills, and hands-on fabrication, with proficiency in AWR and Altium.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of RF hardware experience.
• Hands-on EMI, harmonics, spurious, and stability issue resolution.
• Strong RF board layout, fabrication, and packaging knowledge.
• Experience with RF simulation tools (AWR Microwave Office, Altium).

Responsibilities

• Design RF subsystems for Silvus StreamCaster products.
• Lead antenna to baseband RF subsystem development.
• Perform RF characterization, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure EMI and regulatory passiveness; support manufacturability.
