General Motors is seeking a Senior RF Desense Engineer to identify, analyze, and resolve RF interference issues across next‑gen vehicle platforms. This role emphasizes hands‑on RF testing, desense analysis, debugging, and validation of wireless systems including LTE/5G, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, UWB.

The engineer will work with hardware, software, and systems teams to ensure RF performance across vehicle platforms, collaborate on design mitigation, and support compliance testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of RF engineering, RF validation, or wireless systems development.
• Hands-on experience performing RF testing, troubleshooting, or desense analysis.
• Familiarity with OTA testing and RF performance validation.
• Experience with automotive wireless systems is a plus.
