Job summary

DoorDash Labs in San Francisco seeks a Senior RF Engineer to join a senior, multidisciplinary team building RF/electrical systems for unmanned platforms. You will design, validate, and optimize RF hardware and mixed-signal PCBAs, and lead system-level verification from concept to production.

You will conduct EMI/desense studies, perform OTA and lab testing across LTE, 5G NR, Wi‑Fi, GNSS and UWB, and apply EM simulations to drive reliable, high-performance designs.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with RF focus.
• 6+ years designing and testing RF hardware for consumer products.
• Strong fundamentals in front-end design, desense and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF hardware design and verification across RF, mixed-signal and mechanical domains.
• Develop RF testbeds and document system-level design and verification.
• Advise on EMI mitigation strategies and cross-team debugging.
• Characterize EMI sources and perform lab/OTA testing across LTE/5G/Wi‑Fi/GNSS/UWB.
• Use CST/HFSS/ADS to simulate and guide design decisions.
