Job summary

OSI Engineering, Inc. in Cupertino seeks an RF Hardware Engineer to drive multi-radio coexistence across cellular, GPS, Wi‑Fi, BT, NFC, and UWB.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specs, run bench and field tests, analyze RF performance, and guide hardware design decisions throughout development.

This role requires a deep hands-on lab background, experience with RF test equipment, and the ability to translate data into robust hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant RF hardware experience.
• Experience with Cellular, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, Thread, NFC, and UWB radios.
• Proficiency with RF lab equipment: spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscopes, call box.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess multi-radio coexistence performance across platforms.
• Define product-level coexistence specifications, use cases, test methodologies, and key performance metrics.
• Bring up devices under test and develop bench setups, experiments, and test procedures for coexistence validation.
• Collect and analyze RF performance data and wirelessly logs to inform hardware design decisions.
