Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4 years of RF Engineer experience including RF simulation and antenna design.
• Experience with RF design from conception to production and EM modeling.
• Proficiency with VNA, near-field measurement, and RF testing equipment.
• Experience with automotive antenna development and virtualization tools.
• End-to-end antenna design for wireless technologies including PCB antennas, transmission lines, waveguide, or MIMO.

DUTIES

Execute with guidance the future of high-fidelity, vehicle-level simulation by designing and leading the strategic designs that transform how RF systems are simulated, tested, and validated. Serve as the technical lead for product technology and collaborate with a highly specialized team of virtualization and RF antenna design engineers-setting standards, driving technical excellence, and fostering innovation. Engineer breakthrough antenna methodologies, while defining and cascading virtual requirements across complex hardware domains. From RF front ends to digital integration, plan and perform subsystem analysis, modeling, testing, and validation to ensure seamless performance. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2days remote - Must be able to report to local office.

REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study and four (4) years of experience as a RF Engineer, RF Product Engineer, or related occupation.

Four (4) years of experience with the following: RF simulation and software tools, such as HFFS, CST, or MATLAB; and Antenna design, electromagnetic (EM) modeling, of RF assemblies, or subsystem integration.

Three (3) years of experience with the following: RF design from conception through high volume production; Operating near field spherical measurement systems, including ability to utilize Vector Network Analyzer; Broadcasting Antenna Development; Advanced Engineering Design for Proof of Concept; Automotive antenna development; Utilization of virtualization tools to design, refine and correlate to physical tests, the development of antenna components; End-to-end antenna design, implementation, and validation for wireless systems including Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, or NFC; Design experience with various antenna types and RF technologies including PCB antennas, transmission lines, waveguide antennas, or MIMO systems; Antenna matching techniques and performance validation through both simulation and physical testing; Board-level and product-level EM simulations to evaluate radio performance, field radiation, and emissions; and RF testing equipment, such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, anechoic chambers, or outdoor measurement ranges.

Two (2) years of experience with the following: Requirements development for full lifecycle system validation.
