Job summary

You will lead cross-functional programs spanning RF sensing, wireless connectivity, and electronic warfare, collaborating with engineering, product, and BD teams.

The role requires a Master’s in a technical field and 10+ years in program management or engineering, with U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management and/or engineering experience in a tech organization.
• Experience managing complex hardware/software wireless or electronic warfare programs.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government-related contracts.
• Background check and drug test required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across the full engineering lifecycle.
• Define program goals, scope, and milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain schedules, risks, dependencies, and dashboards for visibility.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations on status and risk.
• Hire, mentor, and grow engineers and program managers.
