Job summary

Secmation is seeking an experienced Senior RF Communications Engineer to join our mission-focused team developing next-generation RF communications and EW capabilities for national defense. You will work hands-on across waveform design, SDR implementation, system integration, and field demonstrations from design through deployment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in RF systems, proficiency with SDR frameworks, MATLAB/Python, and C/C++, and will contribute to secure communications and resilient

Qualifications

• 8+ years of RF systems experience and hands-on development
• Experience with SDR frameworks and embedded radio platforms
• Strong background in waveforms, modulation/demodulation, and RF/DSP tradeoffs

Responsibilities

• Develop RF communications systems from design through deployment and field demonstration
• Perform HWIL testing, integration, and validation of RF subsystems
• Collaborate with RF, software, hardware, cybersecurity, and systems engineers across the program
