ProperExpression is a fully remote growth marketing agency specializing in wealth management. We are hiring a Senior RevOps Solutions Architect to bridge HubSpot and Salesforce, designing complex integrations and hands-on building.

You’ll lead discovery, walk through designs with clients, and mentor developers in a fast-paced environment. You’ll own end-to-end RevOps programs, build advanced reporting, manage HubSpot/Salesforce integrations, and guide API work without coding yourself.

Qualificações

• Extensive hands-on RevOps, marketing ops, or CRM architecture experience.
• Deep HubSpot expertise across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency and experience with integrations.
• Experience guiding API integrations and data architecture without coding.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and cross-platform reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, build, and maintain complex HubSpot instances: CRM, marketing automation, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, custom objects, workflows, and reporting
• Design end-to-end HubSpot-Salesforce integrations: field mapping, sync logic, deduplication, and production troubleshooting
• Lead custom API integrations: scope solution, architecture, and guide developers (no production code)
• Handle non-native integrations: middleware (Zapier, Make, Workato) and third-party tools
• Build marketing automation programs in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Join client calls as technical lead: discovery, scoping, trainings, troubleshooting
• Audit client portals/tech stacks; present clear recommendations
• Support migrations during M&A, rebrands, or restructures
• Collaborate with strategy/content/paid media teams to support RevOps
• Manage and QA the work of the HubSpot specialist
