Job summary

Athennian is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to own forecasting, KPI governance, and cross-functional GTM alignment in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

You will lead a small RevOps team, partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product, and guide HubSpot architecture and AI-enabled automation to drive predictable revenue.

This remotely distributed role requires strategic thinker with executive presence and a track record turning data into decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in high-growth RevOps or Sales Ops with leadership experience.
• B2B SaaS experience and CRM architecture knowledge.
• Ability to influence C-suite with data-driven insights.
• Experience with AI-driven workflows and CRM automation.
• Strong data governance and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Establish data-driven cadence with leadership visibility.
• Translate objectives into revenue targets and headcount plans.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities across funnel.
• Align pricing and packaging with LTV and market goals.
• Lead demand gen automation with Marketing/Sales.
• Own revenue forecasting with Finance and CX focus.
• Oversee cross-functional accountability across GTM.
• Maintain HubSpot ecosystem and data quality.
• Provide mentorship to RevOps Analyst.
• Build high-performing RevOps function.
