Job summary

Athena is seeking a Revenue Operations & AI Systems Lead to run Revenue Operations for our Sales organization, reporting to the VP of Sales. This senior, player-coach role leads RevOps and Sales Ops, builds the revenue stack hands-on including HubSpot, billing integrations, and AI-augmented processes.

You will mentor a team, align with Finance, Legal, Tech, Growth, and Operations, and drive measurable revenue improvements. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity with global reach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CRM administration across revenue stack (HubSpot preferred).
• Experience building with LLMs, agents, and workflow automation with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach RevOps and Sales Ops teams with clear ownership and growth paths.
• Own end-to-end revenue stack: CRM, billing integrations, lead routing, enrichment, and checkout experience.
• Build AI layer for revenue motions, manage AI backlog, and tie outputs to revenue metrics.
