Job summary

Athena is seeking a Revenue Operations & AI Systems Lead to run RevOps for the Sales organization, reporting directly to the VP, Sales. This hands-on, player-coach role leads a team of RevOps and Sales Ops specialists, owning the revenue stack from HubSpot to billing, and driving AI-enabled workflows across the revenue motion.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on CRM administration and architecture.
• Real integration work across billing and payments, routing, enrichment, webhooks, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, and workflow automation, with revenue outcomes you can point to.

Responsibilities

• Lead a RevOps and Sales Ops team with a builder mindset.
• Own the revenue stack end to end, including CRM, billing, and checkout experiences.
• Drive AI initiatives across sales motions and ensure measurable revenue impact.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tech, Growth, and Operations to align tools and processes.
