Job summary

Gallery is seeking a Senior Revit/BIM Manager to lead our Revit environment and design team at our HQ. You will own modeling standards, workflows, content libraries, and technical design quality across projects.

The ideal candidate is a technical, detail-oriented leader who can build scalable Revit processes, improve team efficiency, and mentor designers while collaborating with Architecture, Engineering, Program Management, Production, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, Construction, or related field.
• 7+ years professional Revit experience with BIM lead responsibilities.
• 3+ years leading design professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revit standards, templates, and model coordination across projects.
• Develop and govern central Revit content library.
• Provide QA/QC for modeling and drawings.
• Mentor and develop a team of Revit designers.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Identify workflow improvements and implement tools.
