Job summary

Array-Architects-Inc in the United States seeks a BIM Leader to drive a multi-office BIM strategy, provide direction to Project BIM Managers, and advance firm‑wide BIM practices using Revit and related components.

You will lead cross‑discipline coordination, support IT integration with Office 365/SharePoint, mentor staff, refine templates and libraries, and promote high standards of design technology and interoperability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture preferred.
• Approximately 10 years of experience leading project teams using Revit to produce contract documents and building models.
• 3+ years of BIM leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a multi-office BIM strategy and its implementation using Revit and BIM components.
• Provide leadership to Project BIM Managers across offices.
• Research emerging technologies and opportunities to improve BIM practices.
• Coordinate cross-discipline teams and ensure seamless integration with design partners.
• Support project teams with troubleshooting, clash detection, and data exchange with consultants and vendors.
• Assist with Office 365/SharePoint integration and Newforma workflows.
• Develop firm-wide templates, libraries, and standards.
• Roll out program updates and training.
