Job summary

Uptalent.io is seeking a Senior BIM / Revit Manager to support a U.S. architectural team by improving Revit standards, maintaining templates and drawing sets, and providing daily technical guidance.

This role focuses on internal BIM support, standards, and production workflows. The ideal candidate has extensive BIM leadership experience, expert Revit proficiency, and a deep understanding of U.S. construction documents and imperial units.

Qualifications

• Extensive BIM Manager level experience.
• Expert Revit proficiency including templates and families.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the team’s go-to Revit expert, answering technical questions and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Provide practical training and ongoing support to team members.
• Maintain and improve Revit templates, families, architectural details, and documentation standards.
• Manage and update master drawing sets, ensuring consistency across sheets and views.
• Translate changes in standards into coordinated updates in templates and drawings.
• Resolve technical questions involving detailing, wall assemblies, and construction docs.
• Establish best practices for Revit modeling, documentation, and quality control.
• Identify workflow improvements to reduce repetitive work and errors.
• Collaborate with the internal architectural team to support project requirements.
