Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Senior Revit / BIM Designer to lead 3D modelling and BIM delivery on major construction projects. You will own Revit workflows, support front-end scoping and estimating, and coordinate with design and project teams.

The role focuses on complex façade and curtain wall integration, with opportunities to mentor peers and shape BIM standards across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Revit/BIM experience in construction or architecture
• Experience developing complex 3D models for front-end scoping and estimating
• Ability to mentor designers/drafters and lead BIM workflows
• Degree or professional qualification is desirable; senior level considered with salary reflecting experience

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Revit and BIM modelling to support front-end scoping, estimating and planning
• Collaborate with estimating, design and project teams to integrate complex façade and curtain walls
• Develop and improve Revit/BIM workflows, standards and processes
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to drafting/design personnel
