Qualifications

• 4+ years in revenue operations, systems architecture, or CRM administration.
• At least 2 years managing a complex Salesforce instance.
• Experience with Order Management Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Salesforce instance managing CRM lifecycle.
• Establish and enforce data hygiene standards.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Lead the rollout of new system features and training.
