Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue and Quote to Cash Transformation to join our finance, accounting, and operations organization.

You will drive optimization of end-to-end QTC processes, partner with IT and business teams, and lead cross-functional initiatives with a focus on data integrity and scalable solutions. You will report to the Senior Director of Revenue and QTC Transformation and play a key role in achieving business outcomes through stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience with US GAAP, ASC 606 and internal controls in an enterprise setting.
• MBA or CPA preferred; accounting/finance or operations process management background.
• Experience with M&A and large-scale QTC transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current QTC processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement streamlined, scalable revenue operations processes across QTC.
• Collaborate with IT, front office, go-to-market and ops teams to manage transformation initiatives.
• Standardize and harmonize QTC processes across contracts, pricing, ordering, invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Develop relationships across the organization and communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional project members to drive results and growth.
• Translate business priorities into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
