Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue and Quote to Cash (QTC) Transformation to join our finance, accounting, and operations organization. You will lead optimization work streams across complex business and technology problems, ensuring data integrity and scalable end-to-end QTC processes.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a transformation mindset to advance strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in tech, with accounting/consulting and industry experience at a top-tier tech company.
MBA and CPA or equivalent preferred.
Experience with M&A and process integration methodologies and large-scale QTC transformations.
Strong understanding of revenue operations and accounting (US GAAP, ASC 606) for multiple go-to-market models.
Experience with SAP, SFDC, and related tools in QTC processes.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and optimize current QTC processes and systems within assigned scope.
Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across Revenue Operations.
Collaborate with IT, front office, GTM, and program operations to manage transformation projects.
Standardize and harmonize QTC processes across domains.
Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
