Accenture plc is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and own critical revenue processes. You will optimize the GTM technology stack, streamline operations, and deliver insights to align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A.

The role requires strategic initiatives, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. You will lead Salesforce as the system of record and oversee forecasting, deal desk, and analytics

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• 4+ years Salesforce administration and ecosystem tools.
• 4+ years analytics/analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies, including pricing, packaging, segmentation, and territory planning.
• Establish and maintain KPIs and ensure alignment with goals and execution.
• Contribute to annual planning, including compensation plans and pipeline analysis.
• Act as the primary owner of the GTM technology stack (Salesforce, CPQ, etc.).
• Define Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and ensure alignment across teams.
• Lead forecasting and pipeline management with advanced analytics.
• Manage deal desk operations, including pricing strategies and discount approvals.
• Create dashboards and reporting to provide real-time KPI insights.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to executives and Boards.
