We are seeking a senior role focused on Sales Compensation and Revenue Operations to partner with revenue leaders, design incentive plans, and manage forecasting, QBRs and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Sales Compensation and/or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with CaptivateIQ or similar ICM platform.
• Strong financial modelling skills and command of SaaS revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with revenue leaders on strategic projects that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Support the revenue operating rhythm including forecasting, QBRs, and KPI tracking.
• Design annual incentive plans and run monthly commissions close in CaptivateIQ.
