Instructure is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to partner with the NORAM Sales leadership. The role focuses on improving forecast visibility, sales performance, and operational execution across a North America business unit.

You will translate data into clear recommendations, support cross-functional workstreams, and contribute to planning, quota modeling, and headcount decisions. This position is fully remote within the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related go-to-market analytics role.
• Experience supporting sales leaders as an operational or analytical partner.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and Salesforce for reporting and analysis.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary Sales Operations partner to the NORAM Business Unit leadership.
• Coordinate weekly forecasting, pipeline reviews, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Analyze bookings, pipeline coverage, conversion, productivity, attainment, and KPIs.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and seller productivity.
• Support territory/account segmentation, quota modeling, and headcount planning.
• Conduct whitespace, account-potential, and customer-journey analyses to identify opportunities.
• Align plans and metrics with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Ops.
• Maintain CRM data quality and governance for trusted reporting.
• Translate business needs into analytics, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and streamline workflows.
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem to implementation.
• Contribute to AMER-wide Sales Ops initiatives.
