Ever.Ag is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to strengthen sales execution, pricing strategy, and revenue performance. This remote US-based role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to drive profitability and scalable revenue operations.

The role focuses on deal pricing, compensation design, and executive-level analyses, with ownership of multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related analytic role.
• Experience in sales compensation, pricing, deal economics, financial modeling, or revenue planning.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Revenue Cloud preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine sales compensation plans aligned with growth and profitability.
• Create commission structures, quota models, and performance measures for sales roles.
• Analyze sales productivity, quota attainment, pipeline, and win rates.
• Prepare pricing proposals and deal economics to support pricing strategies.
• Develop pricing models, discount guidelines, and deal templates.
• Support executive Deal Review Board with ARR, TCV, margins.
• Improve CRM workflows and data quality with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Build analytical models to support revenue strategy and forecasting.
