Perforce Software is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to lead the revenue accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely recognition under US GAAP. You will set policies, manage five accountants, and collaborate across Revenue Operations, Sales, Legal, and Finance to support growth and reporting needs.

Responsibilities include leading the close, applying ASC 606, and overseeing commissions accounting, internal controls, and the global order-to-cash cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• Progressive experience in revenue accounting, ideally in software/SaaS.
• Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and US GAAP.
• Experience with revenue recognition for software, services, and multi-element deliverables.
• Experience with ERP or revenue management system (e.g., NetSuite).
• Demonstrated people leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly revenue close for accurate recording of revenue and related balances.
• Apply ASC 606 to standard and complex contracts; document key judgments.
• Oversee accounting for sales commissions and related costs.
• Own internal controls over revenue and commissions; support audits.
• Partner with Controller to manage revenue accounting systems and optimize order-to-cash processes.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Legal, and Finance on term impacts and new models.
• Analyze and report key revenue metrics and assist in budgeting/forecasting.
• Manage and develop a team of five, setting priorities and building depth.
